SWPA delivers a simple core service. We bring buyers and suppliers together to build, refurbish and maintain social housing and public property more efficiently and cost effectively, and to benefit the local community. Created for local authorities, social landlords and other public sector bodies, our frameworks are procured in accordance with The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and are free to use.
As a not-for-profit organisation, we return any surplus to our associate partners to improve social value outcomes in accordance with our primary goal 'working together to deliver better buildings, homes and communities' and actively contribute to community benefit initiatives.

SWPA have established our Community Benefit Fund, with our delivery partner South West Community Matters. Together we have focussed our fund to small community groups so that we can achieve the most impact.
Members of SWPA are invited to nominate eligible groups, in their area to receive a grant from our fund.
