The Call Off Service is a free of charge service open to all SWPA Associate Partners. This service is offered with the purpose of helping our Associate Partners access the frameworks to procure smaller, less complicated projects so their time and resource can be spent on more complex projects.
Our Regional Procurement Manager will work alongside you, on individual projects, to provide a full Call Off Service which can be tailored to meet the needs of each individual Associate Partner. We will provide guidance and support throughout the process from project initiation to contract award.
The ways in which we can support your Call Off Process include:
• Use of draft documentation where appropriate,
• Support with designing pricing structure and a full tender pack.
• SWPA's tendering portal to run the tender process.
• Supporting the evaluation and award process.
Please note that the availability of the Call Off Service is dependent on complexity and value of the projects
as well as SWPA resource capacity at the time of project.
