Garland’s Journey to Scope 1 & 2 Net Zero Carbon by 2032
Part of the LHC Procurement Group, the South West Procurement Alliance (SWPA) was launched in October 2019. The relationship between the LHC Procurement Group and the local South West team gives SWPA the unique position of having local knowledge and relationships, while also benefiting from additional resources and expertise from a national framework provider.
SWPA currently offers 16 frameworks and 2 DPS’, working with approximately 56 Clients on over 220 projects. SWPA brings together Clients with Appointed Companies to build, refurbish and maintain social housing and public property more efficiently and cost effectively, and to benefit the local community.
Amongst these frameworks, is the Roofing Systems and Associated Works (RS4) Framework, soon to be superseded by its successor, Roofing Systems and Associated Works (RS5) Framework. This successive and fully compliant framework allows local authorities, social landlords and other public sector bodies to source specialist suppliers for the design, supply and installation of traditional flat roofing and pitched roofing systems and associated works.
The framework has four workstreams comprising of traditional flat roofing, liquid flat roofing, profiled metal roofing and traditional pitched roofing, along with a mixed super lot. The Mixed Roofing Super Lot is intended to be used by Clients for projects that have a mix of roofing elements, typically a mix of flat and pitched roofing requirements but could also be metal profile roofs and traditional pitched roofs. The workstreams cover a variety of design, supply, and installation needs, from asphalt, torch on systems, to glass reinforced resilient unsaturated polyester resins, as well as flashings, facias, and rainwater items.
Garland UK are a nationally renowned roofing systems provider, offering high-performance waterproofing solutions for commercial, residential, industrial, and public sector assets.
